The Yellow Card Holder
This yellow leather card holder measures 4 by 2.6 inches. It slips into a jacket breast pocket, a shirt pocket, the narrow pocket of a pair of trousers. Four card slots, one note compartment, one elastic closure. The proportions are deliberate — every dimension considered, every centimetre earned.
The Yellow Leather
The same full-grain calf leather that runs through our wallet collection. Sourced from tanneries in France and Spain, selected for the quality of their hides and the integrity of their process. Full-grain means nothing is corrected: the natural surface of the skin is preserved entirely, with its grain and its subtle character intact.
Yellow calf leather develops a particular patina. Bright at first — almost solar — it deepens gradually into warmer amber tones, especially at the edges and corners where the hand touches most. After a year of daily use, this card holder will look like no other.
Care
Condition once or twice a year with a neutral leather balm. This is sufficient. The elastic closure is made from high-resistance textile and is designed to hold its shape over years of use. This yellow card holder is built to be kept, not replaced.
