Fast Delivery

Delivery times are from 2 working days to 10 days for all orders depending on the area. We aim to ship items listed in stock within 2 working days of receiving your order.

To the US and Canada, all items are shipped via:

– Complimentory shipping for orders above 90 Euros.
– By Express shipping (DHL/Fedex/UPS) only.
– Orders to the US and Canada are shipped from France.
Depending on U.S. Customs regulations, import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival.
These charges are set by U.S. authorities and are not controlled by Carré Royal.

Shipping of orders below 90 euros cost 20 Euros.

To Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and other countries all
items are shipped via:

– Express delivery (DHL/Fedex/UPS) only.
– Complimentory shipping for orders above 90 Euros. Otherwise, it costs 20 Euros.
– Orders are shipped from France

Returns

In 14 Days

You may return any item ordered on the CarreRoyal.com website in the 14 calendar days following its delivery date.

In Original State and Packing

The product you would like to return or exchange should be in its original state and packing.

With Its Invoice

Your return should also include its original invoice that you receive on delivery.
